Returns Policy: All sales are FINAL.

T-Skincare is not responsible for any damaged or lost items once packaged and shipped.

T-Skincare is  not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

T-Skincare is not responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description! All products are made in a sanitized and sterile area!

If the wrong item was shipped to you by mistake, email customer service. Make sure you add a subject to your email, this helps us attend to your needs more efficiently. Also, please send proof of your order, information, and a picture of the items that you received. T-Skincare will personalize your own discount code for your next purchase if this occurs.

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email they still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting customer service. The consumer has two days to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.
