Returns Policy: All sales are FINAL.

T-Skincare is not responsible for any damaged or lost items once packaged and shipped.

T-Skincare is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

T-Skincare is not responsible for allergies or injuries. Every product description lists ingredients, and all products are made in a sanitized and sterile area.

If you received the wrong item, email customer service. Make sure you add a subject to your email; this helps us attend to your needs more efficiently. Also, please send proof of your order, information, and a picture of the items you received. 

T-Skincare will personalize your discount code for your next purchase if this occurs.

Package Sent Back? This happened due to an insufficient address, when filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.​

If the Address Mistake was made before a consumer receives their confirmation email, they still have the opportunity to correct their address by contacting customer service. The consumer has two days to reach out; otherwise, no further action can be taken to resolve the issue.
